        Brasso.

Brasso also removes fine scratches from watch crystals that are made of plastic.

Brasso does an excellent job of removing stuff from brass...we had to take our cover brass and polish it so that it was blurred/the detail was nearly worn off...some sort of company tradition that had come from 100 years back. Took the extra webbing we cut off of our belts, poured on some brasso and stuck the brass on, it took HOURS.

Just opening up the can of brasso brings back memories.

When I was a Marine years ago we had Brasso and this stuff called Dura-glit. It came in a can and you pulled a piece off and went to shining. It was cotten and was soaked with polish. It worked great and all you had to do was make sure the lid was on so it wouldnt dry out.
