"Signal 30" was Ohio's answer to California's "Red Asphalt" quite the rage in the late 50s and early 60s. I remember them well. I don't think 1042 is quite that old.
Be courteous to all, but intimate with few, and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence!

Not hardly - but I remember watching these in driver's training. Along with "Blood on the Highway," and "Red Asphalt."
Puts me in the mood for another exciting advenbture with, "Buck Savage!" Now, THOSE were friggin' priceless. Remember those?

Cold. Simply cold. A guy turns 51 and suddenly he's an old fart?
I'll be urinating on some graves around here - *angrilly pulls his pants up to his man boobs*

I remmember them too from high school (I graduated in '72).
Great films for shock value back then.
I purchased a set of DVDs titled "Hell's Highway" last year, it contains Signal 30 and others as well as background info on the beginnings of these films near Mansfield, Ohio. It started with a trooper asking a local news photographer to take some pics and grew from there.
Cheap, and still great lessons.
"That's right man, we've got mills here that'll blow that heap of your's right off the road."
While yall are watchin Signal 30, look on the "relateved videos" section next to the video, and also watch Girls Beware and Boys Beware. They're pretty funny.
