I am working on a documentary for Lifetime that profiles women in the rescue/law enforcement community. Particularly, I am looking for rescues or hostage situations involving women that have been captured on tape.

If you mean rescue in terms of hostage rescue, good luck. There are not many women on HRT/SWAT teams.

Negotiations, however, are a different issue.

There are several associations out there. I belong to the Florida Assoc. of Hostage Negotiators. Our secretary and 2 of our regional directors are women, as are numerous members. You might try contacting them. http://fahn.net/directors.html
