It's all about intent...
I've carried around the spray for 2 nights now, and nary a growl. I think they must sense that I'm paying attention and mean business. I dunno.
Or hopefully, they're getting over it.
I'll try the vinegar too, soon as I can get some spray bottles (or, more fun, squirt guns)
Meanwhile... shake, shake, shake the OC...
(p.s. the thing about pinch collars too is that they only tighten so much and do NOT choke. I've had HUGE success with my old big black lab with one. After awhile he wore it inside out. The *sound* of it and the *snap* you could do were the effect, not the prongs. Many of the K-9 handlers use them inside-out too, for just those reasons. BUT, I'd still rather have the pinch than choke out a strong willed, FOCUSED-not on me- big dog.)
