I'm not a big basketball fan, but go Ducks!
And while on the subject... does anyone know where in the Louisville area I can make some (legal) bets on the games? I understand there are a couple of casinos across the river in Indiana, but they don't do sports.

I'm not a basketball fan, and I'm far from an authoritative source, but the above links should help explain it some.

The team I was pulling for to make the NCAA tourney didn't. Stephen F. Austin University finished the season with a 21-8 record losing to Sam Houston 69-66 in their conference tournament finals. By winning Sam Houston is in the tourney seeded 15 in the South & that's fine. But SFA has a better record than 15 of the 64 other teams & didn't make it. Now the really bad snub. The NIT didn't extend an invitation to their tournament either. There are only 8 teams with a 20 or better record in the NIT & only one of those beats SFA's. I know, I know...it's the strength of the schedule, who you play. Well they played some of the "big boys" & either played them close or upset several. Hey, whoever heard of Gonzaga before a couple of years ago. The record is what whould count & not politics, sports style.
