I am curious to know if anybody out there knows of a website that has Pertinent information on case laws, or new case laws for police officers. Search and seizure stuff, etc.

    Try FindLaw. Pretty good resource.

I know this is not a web site however this in one of the better up to date books out there for law enforcement. It is put out by Anderson Publishing. "Briefs of Leading Cases in Law Enforcement, Fourth Edition"

"This edition of this popular reference book briefs cases dealing with topics of primary importance to law enforcement officials. Fourteen new cases have been added to this edition, in the areas of Seizures--In General; Searches--In General; Vehicle Searches; Property Forfeiture; and Legal Liabilities."
