What happened to the REAL root beer flavored Popsicles? Who's even old enough to remember them?

You can't find them anywhere in this area.
I don't mean the root beer ones that come in a variety pack either. I'm talking about the factory equipped "dual" model you used to be able to break in half because they had twin sticks. Sometimes one half for you and the other half for a friend... maybe.

Any Popsicle Police out there that can solve this mystery?

I'm not old enough my mother told me about them LOL They still make them down here but not the root beer ones. They were sure good. I can still taste them.

Yeah, they still have the other flavors up here too, just no root beer. I even asked a sales rep who had no answer.

It seems like I saw them in a Schwann's catalog once. I've seen the Root Beer floats ones, with the root beer popsicle over the vanilla ice cream, in Super Wal Mart.
