While I can't say I feel bad for the agent, because stupidity surely did take over when he did that, I thought what Abdallah Shishani said was a little off the wall.

Here he says he wants justice done for what the agent did, but what about the crime his brother committed? I didn't see any comment there. I'm sure he'll claim is brother is innocent.

Stupid yes. Unprofessional yes. But violating the civil rights of a criminal seems a bit much. I could understand a butt chewing, maybe a few days off and or a schidt detail but termination is too much.

I agree with Bill.

It was stupid and he overstepped his bounds by scrawling ANYTHING on the guys calendar.

He basically screwed up the guys calendar.

It is unprofessional. The guy brainfarted. It happens(ecpecially with Feds it seems) Is it worthy of termination ? I dont think so.

Give him a day off without pay and put a letter in his file.


Technically, Shishani is not a criminal until he has been tried and found quilty. I know that it can be very hard to remember at times but that is the way it is.
