I think these links pretty much settles the whole issue.

When asked about his daughter a week or so ago, Newdow (Kneesnow ) said "Let's not involve my daughter in this."

That Godless freak USED her to advance his agenda, and alleged she was "harmed" by it, all in the name of personal fame and getting into bed with the ACLU (American Criminal Lover's Union) and giving them their poster child they've been soliciting on this issue, and THEN, has the gall to say "Let's not involve my daughter in this."

Well, now she is involved, and proves him a liar. Guess the atheists will have to wait for another poster child to come forward. I seriously doubt this case will hold water now, since Nednow isn't even the primary parent.

Besides, like Dennis Miller said-if the phrase "under God" makes it unconstitutional, then the judge's oath was unconstitutional since it was uttered WITH HAND ON A BIBLE, and included the phrase "so help me God."

Since he is really not a judge, the whole ruling is invalid.

LOL I had not looked at it in that angle but you are correct if the under god is sooo wrong then all the senators, presidents, and judges will be out of a job as they are all sworn into office by use of a bible or so help me god in their swearing in LOL
