Since criminal behavior is ALREADY illegal, what makes you think 'outlawing' an inanimate object is going to do any good?
Don't give me the 'Well, if guns weren't available' swill. It doesn't wash. If *I* wanted to kill someone and didn't have a gun, it wouldn't slow me down one bit.
