Who are the best trained, motivated, or professional? Who has the best equipment, tatics or special units, ie K9, swat, divers, copters, whatever?

Here in Conn. the state police have a good reputation to the public.

This is just a question to start some bragging.

You just had to open this big can of worms, dincha? Okay, I'll bite:
Out here, we have some good ones: San Jose PD, LAPD, LASD, CHP(big thumbs up to them) - those were the first that come to mind. K-9s, Air Support, dozens and dozens of assignments, lots of personnel, prestige, et cetera.
