Ridiculous statement

I'm on a forum that has a woman on it that thinks she knows EVERYTHING. We were discussing the sniper tragedies and I stated my worry that since he/they are getting bolder, I worried a LEO might be next. She burps up,"That's ridiculous. ALL LEOS wear bullet proof vests. Most people don't know that but I do because I have a friend that knows a LEO that wears one."
So, you guys, how come you didn't know about this....sheeessshhhhh

Oh, I know that. I was just saying that she was telling all of us stupid people that cops wear bullet proof vest, period. She said nothing about them being pierced. She just honsestly thought she was one of the few "smart" people that knew cops wear bullet proof vets.

Set her straight, or better yet, post a link to the board and WE will set her straight. Sounds like she means well, but is clueless. She also probably thinks we shoot the guns out of bad guys hands.
