I wish I had a solution... The city in which I work was recently ranked #1 in the state for the amount of burglaries. We even outranked New Orleans. Since then, our job got a little harder, and the citizens are looking for answers.

Whats the solution? More Interactive Community Policing? Or just do my eight hours and go home without a lawsuit?
