Nevers and Budzyn Update

For those of you who have followed this case of police railroading, there was some good news this week. It seems that the Michigan Court of Appeals has agreed to hear Officer Larry Nevers' appeal of his involuntary manslaughter conviction. Oral Arguments are scheduled for February 18th, 2003. BTW, Larry has already served his entire unjust sentence (including 5 years in prison) and has one year to go of probation. If you are not familiar with the case go to: www.larrynevers.com
