I'm not sure how many people have looked through this website (http://www.craigslist.com) but it's a free place to basically do yard sale-ing on-line. Kind of like eBay and Yahoo used to be.
Anyway, there seems to be a lot of trusting people on the site, doing everything from leaving there home numbers and addresses on the site, to asking blatantly for 420 partners etc...
I list items on the site to sell (tires for my old truck, kitchen stuff we're consolidating etc ...) and some ya-hoo responds asking if I would be interested in taking 420 for trade ... and then leaves his name and phone number! It doesn't take much to use reverse look-up to find him.
I SHOULD tell him to bring what he has, and then have the local PD waiting here for him, or, better yet, make the arrest myself, and THEN call the Sheriff's Dept. to meet us. Since HE initiated the offer, it's not entrapment ... just stupidity if he follows through.
And yes, I've already thought about not wanting him to know where I live, so, I'd meet him somewhere nearby, say, the mall parking lot?
If you get a chance, browse through, and see what kinds of things people offer on there ... I'm in the SF Bay Area, but there are also locations in other major cities across the country. Anyone up for an internet sting operation? *lol*
