I am going to be in the Austin area in December. I'm going to be there for a couple of weeks and see myself getting bored. Any recommendations for a 'busy' city/county to ride-along with?

Oddly enough, I live in the Austin area. I should be there in December, depending on when you go. Most agencies in the Austin area have some issues with Ride-Alongs - They usually require "knowing someone".

What brings you down here anyway?
