The first Meth Lab Bust was conducted in Hot Springs County, Wyoming, this past week. A joint law Enforcemnet task force made up of the Hot Springs Co. Sheriff's Office, Thermopolis Police Department, Wyoming Highway Patrol, State Park Rangers, Division of Criminal Investigation, and a special meth responce team from the Riverton, Wy. Police Dept.
As the task force hit the front door of the mobile home the "cooker" jumped through a window and ran up a hill to escape, but was arrested by perimeter officers. Also arrested were: Raymond Norcutt, Jr.,18; Justin Brady,19; Michael Coates, 20; Virginia Spees,18; and Tracy Todd, 18.
They were going to use the money from the sales of their manufactured drugs to leave town. The lab had been taken over by DCI.
