Organizational chart - request for help

I am looking for personnel organization charts from smaller departments in middle to upper-middle class (and above) areas. I would like to know how many supervisory positions there are in comparison with non-supervisory positions for both commissioned and civilian personnel.

How many Captains, Commanders, Lieutenants, Sergeants, Corporals, and Detective are there and what is your population base?

We have : 24 deputies, to include a civil deputy and two ccourt deputies. Five sgts, including a civil sgt. Four CID, which are outside our immediate chain of command but hold the same pay grade as a Sgt or a LT in the case of the Sr Investigator. One Captain, one Undersheriff and the Sheriff himself. Population is approx 100K, not including the student population from 3 campuses, which if included adds about another 30 % or so.
