  • Lawyers are allowed to smoke crack?

07/31/05 9:40pm - I had a pursuit... 650lb (rider and pass.) 2005 Suzuki GSXR-1000 (176 Horse) Vs. 5000+lb (conservative figure) 2004 Ford CV (245 Horse) I turn on Moron for 87/55. Moron ups the speed to ~100 for a short distance and must have thought I discontinued. I slowly gain on Moron and light him up when I'm about 30' off his back wheel at 85mph. Moron looks back at me... downshifts and twists his right hand. Moron pulls out of same lane range at 130mph. I manage to keep Mornon in sight because Moron is obvioulsy afraid of his 190+mph capable bike. Moron leaves highway and takes to secondary rd... I shut the pursuit down because the bike now has an insurmountable advantage on me. Due to drivers retardation and passengers lack of mental competance... Moron dumps the bike less than 20 seconds after I turn off the lights because I think I'm now in Pennsylvania and know that I don't know the road we are on. Moron ends up being a .12 and told me he ran because he was trying to impress the girl on the back of the bike who is his baby's mama who he left 7 months ago for a younger girl (who ended up dumping him because he's a Moron) and now trying to fix things between him and his ex. I write him 130/65 (zone changed to 65 shortly after pursuit started) and Fail to Comply then TOT locals for DWI.

Moron gets a lawyer because he knows he's screwed (and a car salesman who needs his license to continue to work).

Moron's lawyer has the balls to walk into court and tell the judge that "To avoid wasting the courts time... his client would plea to 71/65." The judge told him to take a walk.

I can't wait to goto trial on this one... The pursuit did terminate in PA and the locals arrested Moron for DWI... the best thing... it's all on tape... I think the fact that I passed an 18 wheeler like it was standing still (in a 65 mph zone) is enough evidence for conviction.

      Blues,
I would be willing to put my money on the "brain the size of a peanut". I think his stupidity makes up for his lack in balls.

Glad it ended safely for you Trooper, and hell at least you got a good laugh out of it. Will these MORONS never learn?

          130?!

Even at the drag strip, I don't have the stomach for 100. I can't believe this ******bag went 130 while drunk with a damn passenger.

                  Good job,

My agency hears us pursuing a motorcycle and they always shut us down.

Same here... I was so intent on catching the bastard I was concentrating on keeping up and driving at warp speed that my 3 minute pursuit (from the time I turned till the time he dumped it... 130+ was less that 1 minute) seemed like about 15 seconds... I am in the process of getting jammed up for not calling it in... just one more letter to add to my folder... I've got about 15 good guy letters and this will be my 4th bad guy letter... not bad for just over 3 years on

Camera's cut both ways... many guys have had short "pursuits" that they never called in because the mope dicided to give up before anything bad happened and no one ever knows about it because there is no tape... I love having a camera in my car because I'm a big DWI guy and there is no more damning evidence than footage of the PC for the stop, performance on the SFT's and a Draeger reading but at the same time... everyone on up to the Colonel's in Albany see everything I do.

Just tell admin you trying to be as safe as you could. You were going to fast in your squad car and had to hold onto the steering wheel with both hands and could not divide your attention for the radio. On second thought dont say that.

( One more letter dont hurt )

Video Evidence is great. All our sqauds have cameras and we carry the mics on our belt. Saved me more than once....
