Add water and some champagne yeast. Let it ferment for a month and then transfer off its yeast. Let it set for another month or two. Bottle and set aside at the very least 6 months (1-2 years is MUCH better). Then enjoy.

Sounds good but Nick has to tell me about honey, and champagne and ice and creme bars....and he's not giving up his info easily, I might add. He better tell me soon or I will ask his wife how he likes the honey.....since she doesn't seem to know about his before-married days. And yes, I'm a black mailer...so cuff me!
