Anybody know how to transfer!!!!

Hi all first post....

I am a British Police Officer of 6 years policing a small but demanding community in the South Wales Vallies, UK.

My friend has recently transfered to an American Police Department ( He has duel nationality status) He has been there about 6 Months and cannot belive how much better you guys police....

I have been trying to find information about transfering, but everytime i get hit with " You have to be an American Citizen."

I understand this and would change my nationalty instantly to qualify.

I have been informed there is a way to go about this, as many of us brits do transfer....without having to live in the country for a year and starting from scratch..

Any body have ideas, know of a website

or any information would be greatly recieved.
