Just letting you all know that I'm back from 12 days in Italy, tired but happy. It was a trip with my church choir and we sang at 5 different locations, including the Basilica of St. Francis in Assisi and the Basilica of St. Peter's in Rome. We had record high temperatures over there, but it seems that my choir often experiences that phenomenon (it has happened in England in 1989 and in Austria in the early 1990s). BTW, we are not Catholic, but Methodist, so it was very nice to sing in those basilicas.
