  • Big Mouth Celebs.

Back when Bush was running for President, some celebs were busy running their mouths.

Eddie Vedder (of the group Pearl Jam) said "With three Supreme Court positions opening in the next administration, I'm frightened to think of a Republican in office, especially one raised by a father who was in the CIA. I'm moving to a different country if little Damien II gets elected."

Well Eddie, in case you missed it in the papers, Bush won. Why are you still here Eddie???

Robert Altman, film director: If Bush is elected "would be a catastrophe for the whole world." "If George Bush is elected president, I'm leaving for France.''

After the election, Altman tried to deny saying it, but, ironicly, the comments were on video tape. Why are you still here Bob???

Pierre Salinger, former Kennedy press secretary, ABC reporter and proven liar: "I don't want any more Bush presidents. If Bush wins, I'm going to leave the country and spend the rest of my life in France."

You've had plenty of time Pierre, why haven't you moved yet????

A German magazine also reported that Alec Baldwin and Kim Bassinger said they'd leave also, but Baldwin denies it.

So, when will you other 3 be hitting the bricks??

Alec Baldwin was once overheard saying, about a police officer, "I make more in 2 hours then he makes in a year". All this was because the police officer told him he had to move his car. Someone oveheard it and reported it to a tabloid. hehehe Alec has a really big mouth and an ego to support it.

There are a lot of people who have a mouth that is bigger than their brain. Quite often the rich and famous fit that description best.

What I want to know is why these people think anyone will care if they leave the country?

And why do "actors" think their views on politics are important?

Except if they get elected president...

If saying dumb things were a crime, some actors would be lifers!

Right. Who cares if Alec or the rest of his minimal-talent brothers move out?

And, is it just me, or are all of these critics has-beens? I think they just want to see their names in the papers...sad.
            Officer, I borrowed these pants!

Poor Mr. Baldwin had to shut down the guest book on his web site because of all the terrible things people would say about him when they signed it. He couldn't imagine why they were saying all those things. It was shut off when I found it so I didn't get to leave him a compliment.

As far as Bush being a catastrophe for the world, I'll bet the world of terrorism is feeling pretty catastrophe'd right now.

I shudder to think what might have happened had Gore been in office during all of this.

                  Nope, Eddie Vedder isn't a has-been

I don't remember where I read it. What I do remember was that the rich & famous feel they need to do something with their lives to fulfill some void, so something in their lives mattered for the betterment of mankind.

Everyone's picking on Alec Baldwin, what about Ted Danson, Rosie, Barbara Streisand and all the other kooks. There's tons of 'em.

No. He's in the group of celebs that shoot off their mouths and hope we all forget about it when they get their butts kicked in the election.

True, but none of them (falsely) promised to leave the US if Bush was elected.

As for the rest of phony celebs, let's not forget such has beens as Ed Asner and Mike Farrell, or the other "Mumidiots" who have been misinformed and led astray from justice and truth by radical zealots who chose a cop-killer as their international poster-boy for anti-death penalty rhetoric. Check out the official FOP list of boycotted celebs and others at: http://www.fop5.org/boycott/index.htm

Here, you will find a list of supporters of the cop-killer, who in an act of cowardice, shot P/O Danny Faulkner.

Why do actors think they are so special? All they do is memorize lines someone else wrote, parrot them in front of a camera while pretending to be someone they can never be and collect a fat paycheck. Big deal.
