Seems like a freak occurance to me. The officer on the bike training should have slowed down on the water consumption, Alot of people are unawre that you can definatly overhydrate yourself.
Seems criminals are getting more dangerous as the years go by. I know here in L.A. alot of the gangs are shooting at LEO's on a regular basis. It still has yet to persuade me to look for another career but it is still a very very scary situation. -
I'd think it would pursuade you to move before hiring on at LAPD though!!
