I recently joined the Governor's Horse Guard which is a organized State Militia unit. Because I spent a lot of time in the service, they are probably going to put me in the S-3 shop to work with training stuff. There's a few things I've been looking for that, despite many hours surfing the web, I'm having problems finding.
A poster-sized Army rank insignia chart. (We get non-military members who need to learn the basics).
Doesn't the Army have a basic training manual that deals with, well, the basics. You know, history, traditions, common military courtesies, etc? I have FM 22-5, FM 2-5, AR670-1, etc for the drill side, but would like a compliation of basic facts.
Stock numbers, DA PAM #s, etc. would be extremely helpful.
Thanks in advance.
