I love cable and never had any problems with it until the last 2 weeks. It went out on me and they sent a guy out who said, "Yep, there's something wrong with it and we will have it fixed in 72 hours." I almost split a gut. Luckily, others in the neighborhood had problems too so they came out right away.
Then, it went out on me 2 days ago. I called them and they gave me the run around. My husband got back from out of town and he called them and they were here in 15 minutes! And, they got it going but they said they just touched a few things, there was nothing wrong they could find. They called it "Cable Goblins". Cable is great but it ain't cheap. That's why I get so mad when something happens to it. They had a great track record until here recently.
