A little question, just to anybody, so i don't know if this should go in ask a cop.
In my town we have security officers, in the high school. They are NOT board of Ed. PD or something like that, but school security. They do NOT carry firearms, or even handcuffs. Their purpose is to escort students out of school, and make sure all students have a parking pass. They also handel stolen property. We have a school Police officer as well, who is a regular police officer.
What i am wondering is, what special powers do these security personell have, and basicly, if a situation comes up where a police presence is neccessary, must you obey them.
