  • We got it

Egged! The police officer's 2 personal vehicles got egged. Only egged cars on the street, so it seems. Nobody else is washing egg of thier cars this morning. Luckily they did it before right before hubby got home last night and he washed it off right away before it froze.

Punka** kids! But, nobody stole my pumpkin...yet.!

Too bad you don't live in Texas. Here is just part of the statutes dealing with deadly force.

[b]9.42. Deadly Force to Protect Property

A person is justified in using deadly force against another to protect land or tangible, movable property:

    (A) to prevent the other's imminent commission of arson, burglary, robbery, aggravated robbery, theft during the nighttime, or criminal mischief during the nighttime; or

Egging someone's house/car is considered criminal mischief!!!! [Eek!]

My husband has a feeling he knows who did it. He gave a local kid a ticket last week. This morning when we were making our kids' lunches we looked out the window and saw a sports car slow down to a crawl in front of our house. They looked around as if they were looking for something and then slammed on the gas and took off. That just confirmed who did it. (technically no...there's really no evidence) It was the same kid, but he was driving his car instead of his mother's (which was the car he got the ticket in).

What I find hysterical out of all of this was that if you looked at him, he was po'd, cuz his little piece of art was cleaned up before anyone got to see it..including him. LOL So, we kind of had the last laugh.

At least they don't do this every day of year. I can deal with it on Halloween, if I have to deal with it at all.

Oh and I fully expect to be hit again tonight. They WILL NOT get my pumpkin though!!!!! LOL
