Say what you like, those uniforms looked an awful lot like those of a certain Left Coast sheriff's office. I think one even had a resident deputy patch on it.

I was surfing the New Links section when I happened upon "Handcuff House". I thought it might be a private training provider that specialized in arrest and control techniques. I was disappointed to find that "Handcuff House" does not provide the type of training that I was looking for.

Though, in one sense, I suppose they do provide arrest and control....well, never mind.

Far be it from me to complain, but...
