Ridiculous. She's obviously a democRAT. She needs a chauffer because she can't talk on the cell and drive at the same time? Wow, lucky she breathe and walk at the same time. Sounds like a bureaucrat whose position can be eliminated. This actually borders on corruption.

Unfortunately CHP isn't the only department where this happens. We used to have a city councilwoman who INSISTED that she be driven, by a uniformed officer in a marked police car, to the Tournament of Roses Parade every New Years Day.
