    Sorry ftr

....has it been since you saw a REALLY good movie at the theater? The last one I throughly enjoyed on the BIG screen was Saving Private Ryan. Everything else, I've waited until it hit the video store.

I saw JohnQ and ir was ok. But, I REALLY want to see INSOMNIA! I will have to go by myself or with friends because my husband prefers comedies. I hate comedies.

SPR -- wow! Hard to top that. I had to sneak into Mask of Zorro after that to recover!

Did you see HBO's "Band of Brothers" by chance? WOW.

But, I REALLY want to see INSOMNIA!
That is an INCREDIBLE movie, Mitzi!

I've given up wasting money on theatre tickets for a movie that ends up sucking. The last movie I remember seeing in the theatre that was any good was Jane Austin's Mafia. That was a good film (really funny). I could be wrong, but that's the last I've been to the movies...1998 I believe...

                Bourne Identity was good.

                And Sum of All Fears.

I go see either one of them again.

I feel like a movie nut. In the last month I've seen:

Spider Man (twice) - great, great movie
                  Star Wars
                  Insomnia
                  Bourne Identity
                  Sum of All Fears
Spirit (twice) - I have kids and one of them loves horses.

And in the next week or so I intend to see Minority Report and MIBII. And my wife will probably drag me to Austin Powers when it comes out.

The last movie that I saw that made a huge impact on me in the theatre was Blackhawk Down. A very powerful movie. I'll eventually buy it on dvd.

                      Crazy....

                      Yeah...I taped 'Band of Brothers'.

For those of you that like comedy, I can recommend 'Patch Adams'.
