We are not that close to the Tropical storm but have had 7 inches of rain. I tried to drain the pool last night and my son comes in and says, "Mom, with all the rain we are getting, why ar you watering the lawn?" lol He went out and got the pool drained.
Haven't seen so much rain in a long time!
Now, we have Lili out there.
I hate the Gulf storms...That's where you get al the rain.

Yeah, it's started raining here already. And it's supposed to pick up today into tomorrow, and dry out by the weekend.

That's what they say. So we'll see how much rain we'll get. It will probably be something insane like 2 feet or nothing.

You lucky people! I wouldn't mind 7 inches of rain, it sure beats a 1,600 acre forest fire raging right next to one's cabin... 'course, I guess that's not so bad as the 8,000 acre fire down near L.A...
