French fry patrol....

In yet ANOTHER totally STOOOOPID jesture on the part of my school's cafeteria, the cafeteria manager has instituted a new 'policy'.

Students are allowed ONLY (10) french fries per serving. More than (10) costs them $0.50. What does the cafeteria manager do if the student has MORE than the (10) alloted french fries and no money for the 'extras'? She makes them throw them in the trash....which IS better than putting them BACK in the bin(she used to do that).

WHERE do schools GET these people?!?

hehehe, at my little brother's school, I can bring him all the medication I want to.. however I cannot bring him lunch, fast food or packed because they don't allow "outside deliveries of food" but the drugs are OK.

What about the kid who gets those tiny little scrap fries at the bottom of the bin...does he get extra because his fries are smaller?

I would suggest that they use a system to insure that all fries are of equal size. If that is not possible suggest they institute a complaint and appeals process if a student feels they have been "wronged" by the current Fry policy.

Of course you will need an independent body to hear all appeals. I think Al Gore is looking for work...your school can name him the "FRY CZAR".
