They have 2 million bucks to spend, and they call it a "town?" Here in Iowa, there is no such thing as a "town" anymore. Either a city, or an unincorporated village.

I don't see why that "town" would want their police chief of 23 years walk for the sake of an obviously headstrong "town manager", who has been on the job much less of a time. I think a small "town" politician like her would be more expendable.
