Bicycle Patrol

Greetings All,

Although not involved in any way, shape, or form in the decision making progress regarding this new division for our agency, I have been assigned to find any existing SOP, or general orders regarding bike patrol from any agencies that may be currently using this patrol form. C'mon, you sergeants out there know what I'm going through here....help me out if you can please, bike officers too.....help!!!
