Anyone hear about the 'spaghetti cannibal'?

I caught just a bit on CNN about some guy that is supposed to have killed someone, made spaghetti sauce with their body and served his neighbors???

Was it recent? I was keeping up with the story of Nathan Bar Jonah a year or two back, and that's what he did. They said they never did figure out what the "meat" was in the sauce.
