the problem is that if I remember right the people who make more money are getting a bigger tax break than those who make barely enough to survive. I would much rather the bigger tax break go to the poor and the lesser tax break be given to the rich. Why would I want this lets see I looked at a magazine one day a few years back and saw a interesting article it showed what the top 250 richest people in america paid in income taxes for that year. The figure was "0" that is right the richest 250 people in america did not pay a single dime nickel or penny in income taxes butthey are the same ones who want all these income tax breaks so they can pay even less. How many of you can say you did not pay a single dime nickle or penny to the federal or state taxes in anyyear since you have had a job? That is why we need tax reform and get the people who are making all this monies pay thier equal share instead of the poor and middle class paying out the nose.

The articles that rile my feathers are the ones that say Bush is cutting taxes "for the rich"

Now since we all have jobs, and if taxes are lowered, we (the workers) will pay less taxes. The rich, (who have jobs too) will pay less taxes as well, but then so will the working POOR. (like me)

I have never seen a tax break that only helped those making more than 500,000 per year. That has not and will not ever happen.

That's like saying the city built a new freeway for 'the rich' - what are they gonna check your pay stub before you get on?

Everyone can use it! Just like EVERYONE can use a tax break!

I was set! All set to tear some media butt! I was ready to send a horrible email, filled with profane attacks on this guys parents. So, prepared as I was, I read the article. Then I kind of just went limp. I couldn't see what the big deal was. Maybe I've gone insane?

He said his piece but I don't find it all that bad to some he has written.

I see no need to flaim this guy either...

Some people agree with Bush, and others don't. Now you know where they stand, what does it matter beyond that?

I hate to sound redundant (or is it redundent?) but I too see this as typical anti-Bush drivel.

Truthfully, I don't find the editorial as disturbing as some things I've read on this forum.

    It's typical anti-Republican drival.
