Feel Good Story Out of Virginia Beach

Apparently a little girl in Virginia Beach picked up a fear of police officers after all the media coverage of Ferguson. Fortunately, her mother intervened and got together with the VBPD to help rid her of that fear.

I have to say, the effect on children is what I'm concerned about with all this Ferguson crap. Some parents are going to encourage their kids to fear LE, and propagate this vicious cycle of mistrust and antagonism.

Yeah, and a whole lot of the hate and mistrust is perpetrated by those icons of racial harmony: Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton, and of course, Barack Hussein Obama, and his pal Eric Holder.

Rather than encouraging kids to be pro-LE, their parents should be teaching their kids to stay away from drugs, stay out of trouble, make good grades, etc. That way they won't even have to worry about any interaction with the police, and their attitudes towards the police would be pro-LE or indifferent by itself. But the sad part is, even in the richest cities, drugs and anti-LE perspectives are only too common on the youths.
