Jacklighting nutria from the back of a pickup truck in the middle of the night?

Actually, I understand the problems nutria create. But can you imaging the howls that would result if your SWAT team did this in your community?

In my community? Probably wouldn't be an issue at all. Prairie dogs and coyotes cause millions if not billions of livestock damage every year, and both are considered nuisance species. Farmers and ranchers will sometimes buy a shooter's ammo for a day of plinking at prairie dogs. Coypu are probably worse than both. As long as safety is maintained, have at it.
