Just out of blunt curiosity.....how often do LEO's encounter nitwits like this of a difficult nature during the work week?

The "I know my rights (but they dont)" bunch, or the camera rolling bunch? Probably depends. With ferguson going on, I am sure incidents are up because A) everybody wants to play the loser lotto and B) everybody instantly becomes a facebook/internet lawyer and instantly knows everything.

I actually don't run into a whole bunch of the "I know my rights" bunch, but do the camera bunch. I just ignore them as long as they stay far enough back as to not create a problem.
