Yes, this is a shameless attempt to get some LEO's posting on my site from time to time. It's a good question anyway, especially for the martial artists among you.

Thanks for signing up!!

The problem could be two fold.
1. if you are on a dail up, you may just need to let the page fully load in befor the text box works. There is a lot of tags hidden under what you can view, and the text box is the last to fully load.

2, Your browser may not be Java Script enabled. This is easy to fix. Just go to E 6's "Tools" button, and click it. Then go to the bottom and click "Internet oprtions" Finnaly, go to Advanced. Then scroll down until you find the Java script section and make sure everyting is checked "Enabled". If it's not, the forum won't work.

I tried to post as well with no luck. To answer your question, we dont train hand to hand in our agency...kinda hard to change that status quo with the current budget.

Can't post? Strange, did you guys make sure your browswers were Java script enabled?

I don't have anything in Advanced that says, "Java Scripting"

it says, "Java Console Enabled", "Java logging Enabled" and "JIT Compiler for Virtual Machine Enabled". These are under the sub heading "Microsoft VM"

The only word "script" is in the sub heading "Browsing" and it says "Disable Script Debugging"

I am on a cable modem.

Wow, that is wierd. It sounds like yur set up right. And the system is working for me.

Try it agian, and see if it works now. the host may have been down for maintinance. Sometimes there are problems when they do that.

Nope, curser won't go in the box. I can tab to the text box, but it just outlines it, no curser.

Hmmm, I don't know what to say. I contacted the forum's support crew, so maybe they can help.

I have a feeling your not the only one. I get alot of people signing up, but few ever actually post. I bet alot of people are having this problem.

Yeah, I just wonder how long this has been going on.

I'm just glad you said something. I think I'm going to create a support forum with my old wwwboard. It has no configurable options to speak of, but it's stable as he1l!! That way people can get messages to my if they have problems. Then I can catch these issues as they arrive.
