    Prosecutors wanted a statement about the actions of K9 Peaches.
    The department provided one.
    Prosecutors apparently not amused
    Department under investigation for "false report" .

        Who is the prosecutor? Holder? It's not hard to understand Peach is either an animal or a stripper. But the statement would probably be the same either way.

          Getting shot hurts! Don't under estimate the power of live ammo. A .22LR can kill you! I personally feel that it's best to avoid being shot by any caliber. Your vest may stop the bullet, but you'll still get a nice bruise or other injury to remember the experience.

                #2...........I have seen several "variations" of this story

                #3..........I highly doubt the accuracy of any of the variations.
