You may remember this was the judge in East TN that forced a couple to rename their child from Messiah to Martin, apparently because she was personally offended by their choice. First problem was, they were not in court for a change of his first name; they just couldn't agree on the child's last name.

Second the judge overstepped her bounds by entering this order and threatened the parents with jail if they refused.

She epitomizes the definition of capricious and arbitrary. In the end, her power trip cost her job.

Now she can become a manager at Wendy's. Hopefully the bacon smell will remind her that she cooked her own bacon while a judge.
