I gotta agree with CiaJ. Two months in the county jail (not prison, as is stated in the article), and five years probation, is a very light sentence for what is at least a felony hit and run (if not outright assault with a deadly weapon, a motor vehicle).

A license suspension for someone like Grubman is moot, since she has the money to hire a chauffeur.
