  • what's your favorite food

    What's your favorite food?
    Not types, the specific dish.
Let's try to keep sex outa this, whipped cream is not an acceptable answer to this question. It is to some others, I can think of, but not this one.

My favorite food is Egg, Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Burritos. I can eat em, anytime and anyplace.

Probably fajita chicken quesadillas with plenty of chips and hot sauce from a little mom and pop Mexican restaurant we have in town. Outstanding food and great service.

A big medium-rare filet or porterhouse, baked potato and about half a pie for dessert.

                    Hmmmmmm,

                    Anything Cajun:

Chicken and sausage gumbo or a heaping plate of red beans and rice with cornbread. To top it off with dessert I am inclined to go with the bread pudding.....

                    Ummm, yummy!

A 3 pound ribeye steak, cooked just long enough to make it warm. Lots of delicious blood dripping off of it, barbqued with some seasoned salt and regular salt and pepper.

And if there's still room, another 3 pounds of a 50:50 mashed potatoes/butter mix. And lots of salt on that too.

I just said that's my favorite, not what I actually eat. Restaurants don't usually offer 3 pound steaks, and I'm sure not going to cook one for myself.

By the time I'm old enough for a heart attack they'll have found a cure. Woohoo!
