  • Just found out....

    My wife is pregnant. We have been trying for over a year. Just thought I'd share my good news.

    Congratulations! Babies are wonderful! We tried for 7 years and then decided God didn't mean for us to have kids. Then, I caught the flu, had it for 6 weeks and found out I was pregnant! I waited a full 2 months to tell my husband because of the disappoinments we had gone through before! I wanted to make sure everything was ok this time. And was he ever thrilled!
    God only gave us one (a beautiful son)but that was fine with me! At least I had one!
    Your life will now change for ever.....and it's a wonderful life!

        Congrats MSP!!!

        My fiance has expressed that she REALLY wants a kid immediately after we get married. Hell, she's already decided on names.

        Any thoughts on names?

          Cora for a girl, Aaron for a boy. Yeah my wife already had the names picked out I don't mind though. I'm just happy. We started to think that maybe there was a problem, but everything worked out.

            By the way, I haven't had a chance to tell anyone yet so you all are the first ones to know! I wonder what my wife would say if she knew the first ones to know were my friends in the forum LOL.

                  Names ......

                  Boy = Con
                  Girl = Connie

                  Both names are short for contraceptive. Babies are great contraceptives. Too tired and too exhausted to do it, means no more babies.

                      My wife and I have 5 kids, and you really have not lived life until you are rinsing out a dirty cloth diaper in a toilet bowl!

                        LOL! We had cloth diapers for awhile. My husband deemed disposable diapers too expensive. That was until I got sick with pneumonia and he had to rinse diapers for a week. Wow, I came home from the hospital and found a years worth of disposable diapers all nice and packed away! LOL!
