  • Kid bullied by girls

    http://www.winknews.com/Local-Florid...-being-bullied

The mother is really stupid for not pressing charges. Hopefully the state attorney will. Also, in my opinion if the roles were reversed, a guy would be in prison and have to register as a sex offender. I feel these girls should have to do the same.
Been chatting to a girl online. She's funny, sexy and flirty. Now she tells me she is an undercover cop! How cool is that at her age!?

So the parent is being a moron. The kid would feel much better knowing his attackers got more than just grounded I'm sure. As for the school not doing anything, in the school district I worked for the school took action on anything that happened at school, on school sponsored trips even out of state and for anything that happened going to and from school. The student was their responsibility (as far as conduct went) until they arrived at their destination wether it be home or a friends house. If these kids were on their way home from school the school should take action and punish them as well.
"I'm sorry, did you see my care face? Because I'm pretty sure I didn't show it to you becuase I DON'T care. Have a nice day. "

Agree with this 100%. Sorry guys I have to say that not everything people do should involve LE or States Attorneys.
This parent has a right idea and could very well use this message to help give life back to Parent, child, raising IMO.

      Edit in to say:
Chad brings a good point up also, The school should also with the parents step in and decide what to do. This very idea use to work great wonders.

the mother should attach charges, that boys head is more likely screwed for a few years. I wouldn't be surprised if some of their parents brushed it off.
        C.O.P is key.

Those girls wouldn't have that kind of behavior if they had strict parents because they would know the consequences. I'm not saying all kids who do bad have bad parents because that's not true, but the way these girls acted shows it. Lessons are always being taught with guys even the really young ones these days. It's never okay to hit a girl either. Yet girls can do this and get off without any punishment except an ''Okay don't do it again sweety'' from their parents? Yea that won't do anything.

If a guy hit a girl he would have a misdemeanor. If a guy ripped off a younger girls clothes, he would have to register as a sex offender and get some time in the slammer. If a guy posted the video of the naked girl on the internet, he would get time in the slammer as a sex offender, and have charges against him for child pornography. I'm not being sexist here either. I'm being equal. Something that doesn't exist these days.

What? You mean you don't support these 5th graders being sentenced to prison and registering as sex offenders for life? That little boy is going to be traumatized for years to come. He is the victim of a serious crime. Show the girls no mercy. Prison for everyone!

Whenever I watch some of my favorite High School comedies from my era, modern society's madness for zero tolerance has me calculating how long the prison sentence would be for what used to be considered a prank. Meanwhile there are thousands of backlogged rape kits sitting around unprocessed. Our societys priorities are all messed up.

When kids of this generation grow up, they won't be able to pleasantly reminisce about what a juvenile idiot they once were...instead they will be dealing with the lifelong consequences of criminal convictions that never should have occured in the first place.

              WORD

Those girls way crossed the line between prank and crime. And they were stupid enough to tape it too. Screw em. Sit in juvie for a couple years.
Yeah. That would go poorly. Like, on the Scale of Fail, somewhere between "Titanic" and "Chernobyl."

What is good for the gander is good for the goose.

Make all three sex offenders for life and take giant dump on their future because they put child pornography on the internet.

Sue the crap out of all three families, bankrupt them with litigation and do everything possible to make them loose everything.

Because you know what folks, that is what would happen if this all played out and the sexes were reversed.

That was a little to far.......

Reminds me of a call I took on a college campus years ago. Of course this 'bullying' call was less serious. This students 'mom' calls dispatch from out of town saying that girls have kidnapped and are assaulting her son in one of the dorms.

There was a 'Mixer Party' going on. A mixer party is when a sorority and frat gets together and has an all out throw down party. We get there and a group of Sorority girls had this frat guy cornered in the hallway, they were all holding pledge paddles and wouldnt let him leave while his frat brothers were standing around drunk laughing, and sure enough little jimmy is crying. My parents would have laughed at me, hung up, and never let me live it down. Blah, some people are to sensitive. No one got charged with kidnapping but we handed out lots of underage drinking tickets and 'disposed of' TONS of alcoholic beverages. Probably thousands of dollars worth.

I'm not sure if your post is sarcasm, but I don't agree with sueing anyone. Just lock the girls up and call it a day. No need to destroy the rest of the family's life because of a bad choice their children made.

I agree. I know *my* sons would be devastated if something like that had happened to them, and I also know that *I* wouldn't trust the other parents to adequately punish their children because it's pretty darn obvious to me that if those girls had access to a video camera and unsupervised access to the internet (to post it online) then the parents are FAILING because IMO no child of middle school age should have that kind of access (my computer is located in the living room, and is password protected so that they can't go online unless I'm home; oldest son now has a laptop but he is not allowed to pw protect it without telling me the pw and if his history contains anything I've forbidden or is blank when I check, I will remove his internet access--and yes, I am tech-savvy enough to do so [I am also a card-carrying member of the Mean Moms Association]).

Those girls committed several crimes and should be held to account for that. Yes, going through the justice system as the victim stinks--believe me, *I* know that (still awaiting the info as to the trial date in the case against my ex). But victims who don't stay the course just enable the perpetrator(s) to do it again (or do worse the next time).

De-pantsing was the thing to do in my grandparents neighborhood when I was in 8th grade. I never did it, but I know several kids tried to do it to me. lucky I was near my grandparents house and their dog came over to the fence to help me. I don't know where it started or why, but I know it happened to several boys and girls. It was more an initiation thing than sexual in nature. Of course no one had cell phones back then.

Sheesh I can't believe you people want to press criminal charges. Kids used to de-pants each other back when I was a kid; as far as I know none of them turned out to be rapists or pedophiles. We just didn't have YouTube back then.

When this kid grows up he will be able to watch the video and laugh at what a wimp he was.
