This sucks guys. I came on here a while back and asked for honest, sincere replies before I applied to the San Diego PD and all I got was a bunch of flak accusing me of being a "sick mother*** who deserves to die" and everyone telling me that I would never be a cop. Well, because of you all I won't be a cop...well at least not for a little while anyway.
At the time, I thought the only good advice I got was to "always tell the truth in the background packet"..... So I did in my recent application. Well you know what!? It got me arrested! You so called "cops" on here entraped me! I smell a LAWSUIT!
Anyways, to the actual point of this thread. I have another, very serious question. If I had a friend who told the truth on a background packet but then got arrested for it only after being entraped by the police on a police forum is it possible for my friend to still work for the CIA and also win the lawsuit? Please, only real, honest answers!
Also, how much time do I have to volunteer to make up for being arrested on felony charges? I figure if I volunteer like 1,000 hours to some charity it will offset all my misunderstandings. If it's more than a 1,000 hours please let me know.
Thank You! As soon as I am released from jail I will continue to patrol the mean, dangerous streets of my town. I know what you're thinking.... yes, I am prepared. Don't worry brothers and sisters, I will be safe. I have a brand new crown vic with the decal glue still visibile. I have the mounted spot light and grill guard. Also, I have a blue security uniform that looks like a police uniform with a gold badge. I am very familar with the laws and know that I can open carry. Regardless, I have my CPL, but I think that it is important for the bad guys to know that I am tough and have a gun so I will only open carry.
Update: I recently found a dog roaming around the streets. He is now my new police dog. I think I will also turn this into a business venture and contract my services out to any PD's that require my services. Just check out my website if you have any questions!
Be safe out there, I know I will! (after I get this legal issue squared away) Again, thank you for your advice but please, only tell me things that I want to hear.
