I saw in the paper today some guy (a candidate for governor, I think) named Posthumous won his race. I'd hate to be presented any award by that guy.

In New Hampshire there was a guy last year name Dick Swett. Yeah I did laugh every time I saw it.
Our new Governor-elect first name is Mitt. What kind of name is that?!

Former Baltimore County Executive "Dutch Ruppersberger" won election to the House of Representatives. He sounds like a burger at Bateman's Bistro.

A guy named Kent Clark won the Judge-Executive race in Madison County. All of his billboards featured a Superman motif.

    Cool Candidate names

Watching election coverage, I saw some fun candidate names.

Locally, our Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs just got a lot tougher. We elected Charles Bronson as the new Secretary of ACS.

Any fun name in your local elections?
