This is awful. Something very similiar happened recently to my family.

My 18 year old nephew was just killed 2 months ago by his "friend." It was some stupid love triangle thing. The "friend" invited my nephew over to hang out and stabbed him several times. When that didn't immediately kill my nephew, the "friend" called his girlfriend in a panic. The girl testified that she heard my nephew say "Call an ambulance or just kill me already." After the "friend" hung up he hit my nephew on the head with a shovel, killing him. He then went into his house to ask his mother for some trash bags to "clean his room." The mother grew suspicious and found my nephews body in the woods behind the house the next day. She called the police and turned in her son.

My heart really goes out to the victim's family. Unfortunately the defense will probably try to put the victim in as bad a light as possible and that is a very painful experience.

I read his facebook. Honestly, no one deserves to die like that, however he was a nutcase himself along with his methhead girlfriend.

    What has happened to people

I don't understand how people think about doing things like this.

As a devastated community try to come to terms with the gruesome death of 15-year-old Seath Jackson, one of the teenagers accused of his murder said she only participated in it after a 'gun was pointed to her face'.
Charlie Kay Ely, 18, and four other teenagers could face the death penalty if they are convicted of the murder of Seath, who authorities say they beat, shot and burned, disposing of his body in paint cans.
Speaking in a jail house interview, Ely said she felt sorry for the victim's family but claims she only participated out of fear.
She said: 'They said that I'd be killed and it wasn't just a threat. It was a gun pointed in my face and everything.
'Words can't express what I want to say about it.'

Michael Bargo, 18, who is said to be the 'mastermind' behind the plot to lure Seath Jackson to the house in Summerville and murder him, is currently on suicide watch in jail.
He appeared in court yesterday for the first time where the judge told him they are considering the death penalty.
Investigators searched his home for more clues and to try and find the murder weapon, which they believe is a .22 calibre.
Another accused, Justin Soto, 20, is also on suicide watch.
James Havens, 37, who is accused of helping to hide the body, has been released on $10,000 bond. He said he heard the friends discussing the murder plot but thought they were joking.
The others - Amber Wright, 15, and her step brother Kyle Hooper, 16,are in juvenile detention but are expected to be tried as adults.

Investigators have said that the suspects lured Seath to a home with the intent of murdering him to get revenge after he allegedly hit his ex-girlfriend Amber Wright.
Wright, who had started dating Bargo, had been texting him 'non-stop' all day while he was in a friend's house.
The friends were said to have warned him about going to meet her, believing there was 'something up', by the nature of her texts.
When the 15-year-old arrived at the home, the teenagers allegedly beat him, shot him multiple times, tied him up and burned his body alive, disposing of his remains in paint cans which they then threw into a quarry.
Detective Rhonda Stroup, with the Marion County Sheriff's Office, said: 'That's hard to believe, isn't it, that you could get five people together who think that's a good idea? It's still unbelievable to me. I'm still trying to deal with it, myself, we all are.'
Meanwhile, the residents of the Summerfield neighbourhood are said to be in fear of their lives as tensions run high over the devastating murder.
According to Fox News, Seath Jackson's family showed up on Wednesday night threatening to fight. More law enforcement areas have been put in place in the area.

People who live next to the Jacksons are devastated. They say Seath's parents, Sonia and Scott, are numb.
Neighbour Eve Elsie said: 'I've been crying all morning and all day yesterday when we found out. This was their baby. He was 15, but he was still their baby.'
Friends and family held a vigil for the teenager on Wednesday night.
Jesse Kedzorski, 20, used to live in the neighbourhood. He said Seath was a 'spunky, bright kid who never gave anyone any problems and loved cracking jokes. He always had a good comeback for you'.
He told Ocala.com that Seath loved skateboarding and BMX bicycles and that they would climb trees and, as they grew older, play paint ball.
Seath and Wright had a very public break up on Facebook where Seath alluded several times to the fact she then dated Bargo.
On March 14, he wrote a post proclaiming his love for her writing: 'Damn, I already miss my baby girl, love you Amber.'
Two weeks later he announced on the site that he was 'single' and wrote a post to Fargo saying he could 'have her'.
